1. The Platform & Nature of Service

RollSolo provides an authoritative, deterministic solo tabletop roleplaying game platform. The deterministic rules engine acts as the referee (managing moves, dice rolls, oracle tables, and mechanical state), while artificial intelligence models parse player intent and narrate verified outcomes.

2. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• Subscription Structure: RollSolo is offered on a subscription basis with monthly billing as well as 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month prepaid terms at discounted rates.
• Full Experience Included: All paid tiers include full access to mechanical adjudication, oracle engines, and grounded AI narrative skald generation across all live systems.
• Trial Access: New accounts may receive a limited, credit-denominated free trial to experience the platform. Trial credits do not automatically renew and do not require a credit card upfront.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid billing period.
• Refunds: We provide full refunds within 14 days of initial subscription signup if you are not satisfied with the platform.

3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Licensing

RollSolo respects open gaming licenses and intellectual property:

• Ironsworn & Delve Attribution: This work is based on Ironsworn and Ironsworn: Delve, created by Shawn Tomkin, and licensed for our use under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
• Starforged Attribution: Voidbound is based on the Ironsworn: Starforged Reference Guide, created by Shawn Tomkin, and licensed for our use under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
• Trademark Disclaimer: The Iron Shore and Voidbound are independent productions. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shawn Tomkin or Tomkin Press. Ironsworn™ and Ironsworn: Starforged™ are trademarks of Shawn Tomkin.

4. Player Content & Saga Ownership

You own all creative rights to your characters, custom vows, journal notes, and authored saga text. You may export your entire campaign history at any time using our GDPR data export tool.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

You retain the unconditional right to permanently delete your account and all associated campaign data at any time via the self-service erasure endpoint or settings panel.
